As a certified practitioner,
I blend skilled bodywork to meet
each horse’s individual needs.

have been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State College area since 1996.
July 20, 2008 I acquired a 5-year-old OTTB gelding named Nosmallfeat and gave him the barn name Jesse.
Being a very sensitive horse, he taught me a lot about working with "special" horses. Jesse was my inspiration for becoming an equine bodyworker.
In 2017, I earned my certification in the Masterson Method of Equine Performance Bodywork®. Since that time I have expanded my knowledge and skills, studying Equine Cranial Sacral Therapy, Equine Tensegrity, and Balance Through Movement Method®.
I lost Jesse to colic January 2, 2024. I continue to honor him by helping horses feel better through my practice of equine bodywork.

What others have to say
★★★★★
My 15-year-old mare Bella
has improved so much after receiving bodywork from Danna.
Before the bodywork she had some soundness issues and soreness.
Afterwards I was finally able to ride her without any soreness or problems!
She also just seemed a lot happier.
Her overall attitude improved because she was feeling
so much better.
I would absolutely recommend
Danna for any horse!

Danna is wonderful...
She came out to my farm
to work on my aged thoroughbred gelding...and even though
he had not had bodywork before,
he attached to her very quickly...
Her rates are incredibly reasonable for the amount of time
that she spends;
she worked on him from head to tail for more than two hours.
She let him lead the way, letting her know what he was comfortable with.
(His) head shaking diminished greatly after she worked on him
and his entire demeanor changed.
I've already arranged for
her to come back to work on him again as well as my other horses.
I can't recommend her
highly enough!

Highly recommend!
Danna has worked on my
now 28 year-old Hoss.
He was getting very stiff but still loves to work (former eventer...).
He loved when she worked on him, and then he moved like he was
10 years younger (even picked up a nice unasked for canter,
just because he felt good…)!
I just need to do this
more regularly for him.
Truly made a huge difference
in his movement, demeanor and entire expression!
